The operators we locate are fully certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation. The operators we locate are solely responsible for the air transportation arranged by Civilian One Jets on behalf of our customers. Civilian One Jets does not own or operate the aircraft on which our customers fly. Civilian One Jets is not a direct or indirect air carrier.

Civilian One Jets offers a range of JetCards that suits everyone’s needs. If you fly in smaller groups, you might consider the Light or Mid JetCard. Occupied flight time is the actual flight time when passengers are on board plus an additional six minutes for each takeoff and landing. Waiting time, ground delays, and standard aircraft positioning are not charged with any Civilian One JetCard.

All reservations are booked through Civilian One Jets Client Services Team, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can call for your aircraft with as little as 24 hours notice.
Anyone you designate can travel on your account, even without your presence on the flight. However, re-selling unused charter flight hours on a Civilian One JetCard is prohibited.
The Civilian One JetCard is available for a single, upfront, comprehensive fee covering all your flight time. Additional fees may be applied when flying outside the continental U.S. or Europe.
