Civilian One Jets is fully committed to the highest possible safety standards. Each of our operators is ARG/US Platinum rated. An industry leader, ARG/US (Aviation Research Group/U.S., Inc.) is the de-facto standard for charter operator safety audits.. The ARG/US audit is a true “Process” and “Systems” audit which verifies that flight operation is managed, organized, and run consistent with industry best practices and reflects a clear commitment to safety.. But our commitment to safety doesn’t stop there. Your safety is our top concern.

ARG/US Platinum Requirements:

  • A good historical safety history,
  • ARG/US equipment, systems, and personnel standards,
  • Consistently maintained complete, current, and accurate pilot and aircraft
  • Passed a satisfactory on-site audit (bi-annual) conducted by ARG/US personnel.
  • Operator is required to have a Safety Management System in place.
  • Operator is required to have a Quality Assurance Program in place for all maintenance activities.

Flight Crew
Pilots attend bi-annual training from Flight Safety International as well as in-house recurrent training. Pilots are trained an average of 20 days per year – nearly twice the industry standard.

Maintenance/Aircraft
Mechanics are highly skilled and have an average of over 20 years of experience. All maintenance activities are governed by a Quality Assurance Program, as required by ARG/US.

 

 


Civilian One Jets serves as an air charter broker and an agent for our customers in obtaining air charter services.
Civilian One Jets does not own or operate the aircraft on which our customers fly.
